Mr. Bhatt is an Advocate and Trade Marks Attorney with expertise in Prosecution & Litigation in the field of Intellectual Property Law.

He holds Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University; holds Bachelor Degree in Law from the same university and also holds Master Degree in Law (In IPR) from the same university. Mr. Bhatt is qualified as a trade marks agent in year 2005.

He has good experience of prosecution & litigation of all aspects of the Intellectual Property Rights, especially in the field of trade marks, copyrights and Industrial Design. He is working with H. K. Acharya & Company since very long.

He mainly focuses on prosecution part of Trade Marks, Copyright and Industrial Design at both Domestic and International Level, from filing the application up to registration. He is also having vast knowledge of International Law. He provides counseling to clients regarding Trade Marks’ Law. He successfully handles prosecution and litigation matters before Trade Marks Registry and Appellate Board. He counsels firm’s clients on a wide range of Intellectual Property issues.

He had attended several seminars and annual meetings such as ASEAN Intellectual Property Association (AIPA) at Philippines recently and many more. He holds membership of International Trademark Association. (INTA)

He is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
