Mr. Vasani is an advocate and Trademark Attorney in our firm. He has acquired his Bachelor Degree in Commerce from The Gujarat University, State of Gujarat. He has also obtained his Law Degree from the same University. In addition to litigating, Mr. Vasani developed international and domestic Intellectual Property (Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Design) Law, strategies including prosecution, licensing and enforcement method involving Trademarks and Trade name. Mr. Vasani is representing the cases of our firm before the Vat Tribunals, Income Tax Tribunals, Company Law Board, Intellectual Property (Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Design) Appellate Board, District Court and High Court of Gujarat.

Mr. Vsaani has vast experience for Intellectual Property (Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Design) valuation and has also developed method of Intellectual Property (Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Design). He is member of so many associations, including American Bar Association (ABA), New York and International Trademark Association (INTA). He has attended so many conferences and seminars regarding Intellectual Property Laws (Trademark, Patent, Copyright and Design) and Corporate Laws in India.

He is dedicated and hardworking and having instantaneous problem solving ability. He is also actively involved in the administrative work of the firm.
