is a type of identification tagged to goods in trade, to show a connection
between the goods and the person entitled to use the mark.Mr.
Avadhoot Sumant imparted knowledge of trademarks litigation
covering passing off and infringement.

It is not possible to obtain world Patent.
The remedy for this is PCT, which is Treaty for rationalisations and cooperation
with regard to the filing, searching & examination of patent applications
and the dissemination of the technical information contained therein.
