Mock Trial, was held in the presence of Honorable Judge from the High Court of Gujarat Mr. Justice R. R. Tripathi and Mr. Justice K. S. Jhaveri it was argued by the Advocate Mr. Dakesh Mehta and Advocate Mr. Avadhoot Sumant for Suit for declaration permanent and perpetual injection for Infringement of copyright and passing off action of Trademark.
